2025-03-13Take the Online Awareness Course on Phishing Emails to Strengthen Cybersecurity Awareness

作者:

Recently, some colleagues have fallen victim to phishing attacks that exploit social engineering tactics. We would like to remind everyone to stay vigilant and avoid clicking on unknown links, downloading suspicious attachments, or providing personal information. If you receive an unusual email from a colleague, it may be a spoofed message. We recommend verifying with the sender directly via phone.

To enhance cybersecurity awareness, our university’s online training system offers the course “(Cybersecurity General Course) Introduction to Social Engineering and Prevention.” We strongly encourage all faculty and staff to complete this course.

Additionally, in accordance with the Ministry of Education regulations, we will conduct two phishing email simulation exercises from April to December 2025. Each simulation will involve sending five test emails. Please stay alert and refrain from opening unverified emails.

Furthermore, in compliance with the Cyber security Management Act, all personnel are required to complete three hours of cybersecurity training annually to strengthen information security awareness. Please ensure you complete the required training by the end of August.

Thank you for your cooperation and support.
